Viewing and Managing Subscription Details
This document provides instructions on how to access and manage the details of a specific subscription within your organization.
Prerequisites
Before managing subscription details in the OfficeSeries application, it's important to have administrative privileges or the required permissions. Additionally, a basic knowledge of navigating the OfficeSeries interface and an understanding of subscription roles, permissions, and the organization's subscription management policies are essential.
Getting Started
To access a specific subscription:
Log into the OfficeSeries application.
Navigate to the "Subscriptions" menu.
Select the subscription you wish to view.
You will be redirected to the overview page for the selected subscription.

Note: Your ability to perform certain actions, such as editing a subscription, managing billing details, or configuring access control and permissions, depends on your role and the permissions assigned to you. Ensure you have the necessary permissions before attempting to perform these actions.
Updating Subscription Information
Subscription details may need to be changed for various reasons, such as renaming the subscription to reflect a new project or department, updating billing information, or modifying access permissions. Only users with the necessary administrative rights and appropriate role-based access control (RBAC) permissions can perform these updates. Ensure you have the required permissions before attempting to make any changes.

Configuring Subscription Access Control and Permissions
To manage access control and permissions for a subscription, ensuring that only authorized users can view or modify subscription details, follow these steps:
Log into the OfficeSeries Application. Use your credentials to access the application.
Navigate to Subscriptions. Go to the "Subscriptions" menu on the main navigation bar.
Select the Subscription. Choose the subscription for which you want to manage access control and permissions.
Manage Access Control and Permissions. Click on "Manage Access Control and Permissions" button to open the access control settings for the subscription.
Configure Access Control. In the access control settings, you can add or remove users or groups, define roles, and set specific permissions for each role. Ensure that each role has the appropriate level of access based on their responsibilities.
Review and Grant Permissions. After configuring the access control settings, review the permissions for accuracy and completeness. Once satisfied, click "Grant Permissions" to apply the changes.
